Contact UsHow much does interior design cost in Pinellas Park?
Every project is different. Smaller projects such as single room design, color consultations and staging can often be quoted as a flat fee, while larger remodels are quoted after a free consultation. You always receive a written proposal before any work begins.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. We visit your home in Pinellas Park and nearby cities, walk through the space with you and talk about your goals, timeline and budget at no cost and with no obligation.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Pinellas Park and work throughout Pinellas County, including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Seminole, Kenneth City and Dunedin, as well as Tampa for larger projects.
Can you work with furniture I already own?
Absolutely. Many clients have pieces they love. We build the design around them and only recommend new items where they will make a real difference.
How long does a typical project take?
A single room refresh can be completed in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on furniture lead times. Kitchen and bathroom remodels usually take 8 to 16 weeks from design approval, including permits and construction.
Do you handle permits and contractors?
We coordinate with licensed contractors and trades for remodeling work and keep the project on track from start to finish. Permit requirements depend on the scope, and we make sure they are handled before construction begins.
Do you design for vacation rentals and condos?
Yes. We design durable, easy care interiors for vacation rentals, condos and second homes across the Gulf Coast, including furnishing packages delivered and installed while you are away.
What should I prepare before the consultation?
A few photos you like from Pinterest or Instagram, a rough budget range and a list of what is not working in your current space. That is all we need to get started.
